Chimney Waterproofing
For the chimney leaking during the rain season, we removed the previous waterproofing and roof paint, and added new waterproofing with extra membrane and cleaning afterwards.
Door Repair
Door plate had a gap in the middle letting cold air through the entire house. We removed the door plate, and installed a new one, and added protective coating and varnish.
Gate Bars Installation
They have a small breed dog. She wanted her dog to be able to see the outside world, so we removed the plate and replaced it with this “invisible gate” section.
Door Lock Repair
This door was broken open during a unlawful entering of the property. We gave this door a brand-new look by removing the old damaged panel, installing a new one, and giving it a smooth paint finish.
Window Trimming Repair
The trimmings are wooden and worn out over the years of sumburn damage and wear and tear. We removed the old ones and replaced it with a new set, neatly treated the wood and applied varnish.
Shade Canopy Installation
The shade canopy that was there was about to fall off and cause a dangerous scenario. We sourced the new canopy to fit the budget as well as the size for this small area, and installed it.
Extractor Fan Installation
It might seem easy to install an extractor fan, but it is so much easier to get someone to do it for you at a low cost, that has done it plenty times before. The client provided the fan, we proved the service.
Fascias Replacement and Refurbish
We gave these fascias a brand new look by removing the old ones, installing the new ones and giving it a fresh coat of paint.
Damp Seal Repair and Paint
Gutter Cleaning and Installation
We removed all the damaged gutters and replaced it with new ones and painted them to seal and protect them. We make sure to stay in your budget as far as possible.
Pop Basin Waste Installation
It’s quite simple, the one that was in there was worn out and didn’t want to pop open, so we removed it and replaced it with a new one that we sourced.
Fanbelt Replacement
Regrout
We regrouted the bottom half of the shower. Removed the old moulded ones and regrouted the entire section, no one is losing another toe nail after this.
Roof Patched and Waterproofed
One night a massive hole was formed in the roof after a stone went straight through. We pitched immediately, repaired it and no reports of water leakage again.
Safety Gate Installation
Interior Wall Paint
Another company was contracted to do this paint job, until one day when he didn’t come back. We went in there and finished everything in two days. The customer was so happy that she contracted us another home to paint.
Waterproofing Walls
With wate damage on walls we have to make sure it stays sealed. So we removed the old paint, prepped the wall with damp seal and waterproofing, and repainted the section.
Door Refurbishment
Apartment Interior Wall Painting
The tenant moved out. We were tasked to patched all the holes, and repaint the entire apartment. We also gave the whole apartment a deep clean of every cupboard, oven and bathroom.
